Gift Card Purse

Here is a Gift Card Purse I made for my friend's upcoming birthday. It will have a gift card inside. She is a very girly Girl so I think this fits her personality.
Send an e-mail if you are interested in all the details.
I saw a similar purse on www.Splitcoaststampers.com there were hundreds of little purses. The one I was inspired by was
created by Julie R. Buhler. Visit her blog at www.paperpleasing.typepad.com.
The flower I made on this purse is similar to one I saw that was made by Christine Adams. She had one on a gift bag. I used a smaller scallop so the flower is smaller. Check her blog out at http://ceatingwithchristine.blogspot.com. She makes darling things.

Cherry-O 3x3

This is one of my favorite cards that I have made. It is only 3x3 but it is a cutie. The pattern is from the card making book called Originals and it is called Triple, Triple. I used the Cherry-O Level 2 Paper Packet and the Ribbon is from Mini-Medley Accents Collections in Tulip and Colonial White. I used the Petite Perks Stamp Set (Summer 2010). I used Tulip and Sweet Leaf inks. If it looks familar that is because I used the card on the back of the Idea Book Summer 2010 as my inspiration. What do you think? Leave me a comment or two! Thanks.

Beer Sign

I found this quote a few weeks ago (I forgot to write down who said it). Hubby thought is was quite funny so I made this sign for him. Now all he needs is a bar to hang it in! I used the Passages Paper Packet from Close To My Heart. I printed the saying on my computer and used a custom color of dark brown. The beer caps, glasses of beer and words Ice Cold Beer are stickers from the craft store and are made by Paper House Productions. It was really fun to make something that I knew Mark would like and enjoy.

Male Birthday Cards

Here are a couple of the Birthday Cards I made over the weekend. I used Level 2 You Rock Paper Packet and A Little Everything and A Twinkle Stamp Sets to create the Happy Birthday and the stars. I used Outdoor Denim and Goldstruck Ink. Ribbon is from Mini-Medley Accents Collections. I added brads and safety pins in Outdoor Denim. I think these will make great cards for my nephews or other young men. What do you think? Leave a comment or just ckick on one of the boxes below! Thanks!

Mini Album With Cherry-O Paper

This is the 3x3 Kraft Mini album from Close To My Heart. I cut the jute strings off and then covered it with Cherry-O Paper. Iused Tulip and Sweet leaf inks to stamp the Cherry in the center. I used the stamps set from the Cherry-O Workshops on the Go called Bowl of Cherries. The photo corners are from the Antiqued Copper Mini-Medley Collections. The ribbon is from the Colonial White Ribbon Rounds.

Color Challenge Card

Here is the card I created as an enrty in this week's Heart to Heart Challenge. The colors were black, tulip and buttercup. The base is 6x6 black cardstock. I stamped the flowers with Tulip ink using the Floral Delights stamp set onto red cardstock. I then sponged Buttercup onto White Daisy Just Blooms. Centers are Tulip Brads from the Mini Medley pack. I then stamped the words with Tulip ink onto buttercup cardstock. Then I attached two black Photo Hangers and tied colonial white ribbon through the ends of the photo hangers.

Stamp of the Month Card

Here are two 3 x 3 cards I made using June's Stamp of the Month. I think I copied them right from the Idea Book. Check there for more information. I really like this set for making Man Cards. Even the Dad card could be used for a birthday or other occasion not just Father's Day. Of course the argyle could be used on almost any card. If you want this set you can purchase it or get it at a reduced price or even FREE! Visit my website www.bobie/myctmh.com for more information and to see a current Idea Book.

Father's Day Card

This is the card I gave to Mark on Father's Day. I used the Passages Workshop On The Go Guide, paper and stamp set (Lifetime) to create this card. This is Card 1:Original, in the Guide. I altered it slightly by changing the placement of some accents. I used the stamp set A Little Everything for the words. I also inked the edges of the card and the two background papers. Please let me know what you think of the project and the photography. This is all new to me and I hope I am doing this correctly. Thanks for looking.

Brand New Blog/Blogger

This is my first blog and my first post. I am a new consultant with Close To My Heart and I wanted to participate in a Heart to Heart challenge. In order to participate I think I need a place to post my entry, so here we are! I can't imagine anyone in the whole world will ever read this but maybe I am wrong.
